I was really excited for this order but my excitement was short-lived.
I ordered two 10+ 1 combo shrimp and just to ensure that they would get here and have the best chance of survival, I spent the extra $22 for UPS next day air. The order shipped on Monday and I received an email from you letting me know that however, they were not shipped next day air like I paid for. They were shipped via Postal Service. For two days they set in the Postal Service processing center in Texas and they finally arrived Thursday evening four days after shipment. I will say the packaging they were sent in was definitely top-notch, and had they been shipped like I paid, for. I feel sure that all of them would have arrived alive. But as it happened upon opening the box 8 of them were already dead, and all the others, but five ,were laying on their sides, barely moving.
I have emailed the contact email provided on your website three times and have yet to receive any response. The most irritating portion of this experience for me is the fact that I paid for next day air and it was sent Postal Service. So you kept my $22 and I ended up with a bunch of dead shrimp. Photos were sent and attached with the emails that I sent to your contact email And as I said, I have yet to hear anything back.
