We import our Parrot fishes fish from trusted vendors/farms and ensure that each fish is hand-selected by our inspector overseas.

The listing pictures of our Parrot fish are not photoshopped, and we do not use any software to enhance the color of the fish. The fish's appearance in the pictures accurately represents their natural colors. Additionally, we want to clarify that we use daylight white LED lighting for the photographs, not pink lighting. This ensures that the colors of the fish are depicted as accurately as possible.

You will receive a 3+ inches yellow parrot fish similar to the listing photo.

Some will be not completely yellow and might have black on their body

Here are the recommended tank conditions:

  • Temperature: 82 - 86°F (28-30°C)
  • pH: 7.5 - 7.8

Something to keep in mind:

The lighting we use may differ from your aquarium tank, which could affect the fish's colors—making them appear lighter or darker depending on your lighting setup.

During shipping, the fish may experience stress, causing temporary color loss However, please don't worry! The colors will return to their original vibrancy once the fish has settled down.

**Shipping Information **

We will use the styro-cooler box with 1.5" thick and additional supply to protect the fishes during transport. Depend on season we will use heat pack or gel-pack to keep temp inside the box stable

Guppy will be alive for up to 4-5 days without any food and with proper shipping and package. Over the course of 2 years of re-homing guppy, I hardly have any problem with guppy being transport alive, except in some rare cases when the shipment is lost for a week or extreme weather.

·        Shipping and handling within 12-24 hrs.

·        Guppy will be carefully packaged in a Styrofoam Cooler Box with proper insulation to ensure they can tolerate the temperature shift during the winter.

·        Shipping Schedule:

                        Monday - Livestock

                        Tuesday - Livestock

                        Wednesday - Livestock         

·        Order placed after Tuesday will be shipped out next Monday morning

·        Livestock (Freshwater shrimp and live plants, live fish) will be ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Shipping them out this day will eliminate the chance of the package will spend overnight at the warehouse, therefore increase the chance of their arrival healthy significantly.

·        If the weather conditions are not allowed shipping the livestock. I will discuss with you when should be ship.  

·        Every shipment is cover under our Guarantee Live Arrival policy.

In the event of any animal dead on arrival, please follow these step to submit your claim:


  • Take 3 clear pics of dead animals in the un-opened bag next to the shipping label.
  • Send us a message with clear descriptions of what happened to the package to help us diagnose the problem.
  • Allow us up to 24 hrs. to process the claim.
  • Once the claim is approved, a refund will be sent to you based on the number of GUPPY


 

We will issue the refund of guppy excluding the shipping cost

Please note, in this circumstance, our DOA policy will be voided:


  • The package is unsuccessful deliver on the 1st attempt (We ship to a confirmed Paypal address, it's your responsibility to ensure the address is correct. Unable to deliver on 1st attempt, DOA will be voided.
  • The package is left outside for an extended period of time during extreme weather. (Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided, it's your responsibility to take them inside as soon as they are delivered. If the package is left outside more than 3 hrs since the time of delivery, DOA will be voided.
  • The package is lost due to a package thief (If this happens, please contact your local USPS to file a claim)
  • We process case by case, let us know your thoughts to help us process the claims.
