Snowball & Chocolate Freshwater Neocaridina Aquarium Shrirmp

I ordered some shrimp 10 black chocolate and 10 snowball. When I placed the order I saw that live fish get shipped by Wednesday nights each week to help ensure quality. Unfortunately Texas decided to flood that week and that affected the mail system. I was supposed to get my shrimp on a Friday. Instead I got them on Monday I was able to opened the package as soon as it was delivered and I knew I had too. The bag that had my chocolate shrimp had around 7 or 8 dead shrimp. The other bag that had the snowball shrimp was just cloudy water.(they disintegrated). I immediately reached out to try and get more shrimp. It wasn’t the company’s fault my shrimp died. I waited a day until I realized I typed their email in wrong. I sent another email to the right address with a video of my purchase. I asked for a discount on another order of the same shrimp knowing it wasn’t their fault. Not only did they send me the order again at no cost to me, they also upgraded my shipping so after they sent it I got it the next day. My shrimp were alive and well. I would recommend this shop for the shrimp alone but to have such amazing customer service on top of it, even when it wasn’t their fault you can’t beat that.
