SL Aqua Z3 BBA Remover is designed to tackle one of the most persistent and frustrating types of algae in planted aquariums – Black Beard Algae (BBA). This algae, known for its tough, dark strands that attach to hardscape and plant leaves, is notorious for appearing when aquarium maintenance is not consistent. If left unchecked, BBA can spread rapidly, disrupting the beauty and health of your aquarium.
Z3 BBA Remover uses a special formula to slow down reproduction, kill spores, and effectively eliminate BBA over time. In addition to combating BBA, this powerful product also helps in removing filamentous, blue, and brown algae strains.
✔ Effective BBA Removal: Targets Black Beard Algae by breaking down its growth cycle and eliminating spores.
✔ Safe for Freshwater Aquariums: Will not harm aquarium plants or fish if dosage instructions are followed.
✔ Prevention and Maintenance: Helps control algae buildup and promotes a healthier tank environment when used with regular maintenance.
✔ Multiple Algae Control: Also effective against other filamentous, blue, and brown algae strains.
Dosage: Add 2 drops per 6.6G (25L) of water once per day for 2 weeks.
During treatment, affected algae will turn white and can be easily removed manually.
Perform a minimum of 30% water change every 7 days during treatment to ensure the best results.
After 2 weeks of daily dosing, you may choose to continue with 2 drops per 6.6G once a week as a preventive measure.
For freshwater use only.
Do not use in aquariums containing invertebrates or snails.
Z3 BBA Remover should be used in addition to a consistent maintenance routine for long-term success.

To promote a cleaner and safer transit environment, our fish are also fasted for 3 days prior to shipping.

USPS Priority Mail – $16 (1–3 business days)
UPS 2nd Day Air – $32
UPS Next Day Air – $55 (fastest and most reliable)
